Rates for Services

A comprehensive evaluation is a lengthy process. I will work with you to be sure this is what you need. If it is not, we will figure out together what would be most helpful.

Sometimes, comprehensive evaluations are not necessary, and clients need a diagnostic consultation or short evaluation. Depending on the circumstances, the evaluation will be shorter and more condensed.

Service fees are as follows:

  • Initial Intake Interview (60-75 minutes: $270-350)
  • Consultations (75-120 minutes with follow-up letter): $270-500
  • Therapy Sessions (55 minutes): $200
  • Evaluations: $2000-4500 depending on the extent of testing needed and complexity of referral question

Paying for Services

  • Due to limits imposed by insurance companies, I am not enrolled in any insurance panels. This allows for more individualized and comprehensive services.
  • I accept checks, most major credit cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
  • If you would like to submit documentation to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, I can provide a detailed receipt (Superbill).
  • Please be aware, there is no guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for out-of-pocket expenses.

The No Surprise Act Disclosure is a new law that requires me, as an out-of-network provider, to give you a Good Faith Estimate for my services. When you schedule therapy sessions or an evaluation with me, I will provide you with an estimate of the total cost of the service.
