Payment for services is collected at the time of service. I accept cash, personal check, and credit card.
I am not a participating provider on any insurance networks. However, insurance plans that cover services performed by an out-of-network provider will typically reimburse a percentage of my fee. As a courtesy to you, I will submit your claim to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits. Regardless of the amount your insurance reimburses, you are responsible for full payment of your bill. Initial Intake Sessions and Psychotherapy Sessions must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance, except in the case of true emergency. In the event that I am able to fill your time with another appointment, you will not be charged for a last minute cancellation.
Testing Sessions must be canceled 48 hours in advance, except in the case of true emergency. In the event that I am able to fill your time with another testing appointment or equivalent, you will not be charged for a last minute cancellation.
